Satisfaction Guarantee - E-Z-Returns:
ALLAutoTools.com guarantees your satisfaction on every order placed with us. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice, shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange or for a full refund or credit of your purchase price. There is no restocking charge! Any shipping charges and/or handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. To request a return authorization beyond the 30 day period, please call us or send an E-mail to us. Director@ALLAutoTools.com

 

PLEASE NOTE:
Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts and/or accessories are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
ALLAutoTools.com we want you to feel comfortable buying from us, and that includes making it easy for you to return a product to us, for any reason. We simply request that you follow the following procedure:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.

(2) The return must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

(3) Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.

(4) Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.

(5) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:

PLEASE NOTE:
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via standard UPS or any other delivery service which provides tracking information. US Mail does offer a trackable method of shipment, if requested at the time of shipment. We can not guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

 

We will promptly ship a replacement for any product returned for exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested.

 

PLEASE NOTE:
Return processing may take 30 to 45 days. Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return also being accepted by our suppliers. Credits may take an additional 30 to 60 days to appear on your credit card.
